Infosphere was owner of the Annual Service Report for the Smart Meter programme, provided to OFGEM. Also, developed the sustainability programme from new through to Carbon Neutral (VCS and Gold Standard carbon credits); established mandatory ecoliteracy and climate change training for DCC (500 employees) and Capita (61,000 employees).
Infosphere provided Commercial Change Management for the NOAH programme, transitioning IT systems (>2,000 systems and >1,100 servers) to low carbon operation (<<lower power consumption, 100% renewable electricity). Managed validation and subsequent negotiation of Scope 3 Supply Chain emissions and offset reporting. Infosphere also separately identified additional cashable savings of £6.2-8.9mn.
